Langham Preaching Training – Level 1

In the last week of March 2025 Langham Preaching came to Zambia conduct a 4-day training for 45 pastors and Bible teachers in Lusaka. Our facilitators, Dr. Frank Shayi (from South Africa) and Dr. Joseph Morenammele (from Lesotho), blessed us with their passionate engaging teaching.

The training seminar, Foundations for Biblical Preaching is the first level of training out of three offered by Langham Preaching.

What a great blessing it was to spend these 4 days together with these brothers and sisters growing in our preaching skills.
Here Dr. Frank Shayi is demonstrating the importance of preachers living a pure life.

Each of our work groups got a chance to present our work on the text.
Here Rasford Zulu is presenting his work group’s heartbeat of the passage.
The facilitator’s notes were pasted on the wall to help us remember the key principles.
Dr. Joseph Morenammele helped us stay focused by using engaging illustrations that involved group participation.
One of the key highlights of this training was the work groups.
Working on the structure of the passage together as a team was challenging and helpful.
Here Dr. Frank Shayi was teaching us the importance of praying the text.
