Langham Preaching Zambia completed a successful training seminar in December in Lusaka where both Level 1 and Level 2 were offered. We were blessed to have Dr. Joseph Morenammele and Dr. Frank Shayi come as facilitators to take most of the burden of training. They had also come earlier in the year for the first Level 1 training in March.
A good turnout!
We had a total of 44 participants complete the training – 19 in Level 1 and 25 in Level 2. The Level 1 training focuses on The Foundations of Biblical Preaching. It is a very engaging and fundamental training on the basics of sound expository preaching. Level 2 focuses on Preaching from the Old Testament. Here the focus is on how to handle the various genres of the Old Testament Scriptures and to see them as pointing towards the coming of Jesus Christ in the New Testament.

Kabwata Baptist Church kindly offered their venue for us to use without charging us at all. They were so amazingly helpful. We really thank God for their support of the vision of Langham Preaching Zambia. In fact, the support for Langham was so great this time, that we had such offers from three churches. This is a clear sign that the ministry of Langham Preaching is respected and desired here in Zambia.
