The ECZ church denomination in Zambia is one of SIM-Zambia‘s key church groups it supports and works with.
ECZ has a long history with SIM. It was established in 1910 by the South African General Mission – SAGM (ECZ website). SAGM changed its name to Africa Evangelical Fellowship – AEF in 1965 and then in 1998 it merged with SIM.
Michael first started working indirectly with ECZ through Langham Preaching Zambia in June 2024. He and bishop Eddie Jibusha have been serving together on the executive committee of LPZ.
In June 2025, Michael joined bishop Alick Kalonga on a mission trip to 4 districts among the Barotse floodplains of the Zambezi Region.
