We are so grateful for the way that the #run4wheels fundraiser is still growing. As of 30 July, the total funds raised so far is R122, 850. This is will be added to other funds that have come in for a vehicle. Hopefully we will soon be able to purchase the right vehicle for our mission work in the Barotse floodplains.
Other funds that have come in so far total up to: R102,900. This amount includes USD1200 which other SIM-Zambia missionaries have given towards our vehicle, R20,500 which came anonymously into the SIM-Southern Africa account (Reference 55045/Vehicle), and R60,000 of our own savings.
This means that we now have a total of R245,766 to use for the purchase of a tough 4×4 vehicle.
We are grateful to God for everyone who has given and for those who continue to give. Your giving is a tangible reminder to us that we are not alone out here in Zambia. Thank you for being part of the team.
